Laugh, a lot!
Whenever you can! Even if you don’t want to laugh, relax and let it out - even a smile is pretty powerful. Laughing and smiling triggers the release of reward and pleasure hormones in your brain which have a great affect on your emotions and relaxes your muscles. Ever tried to carry a heavy box while laughing? Doesn't go too well does it!? :) Or tried to get or stay annoyed at someone when they've made you laugh? Pretty hard isn’t it!
